Who walks with you, every day

Hi, I'm Cris

I grew up hearing the word “crisis” at home, and at 32 I hit bottom. I started over, and today I know that nobody lets go of an old fear alone. That's why this time we walk together, on set dates: January 12, January 22 and February 1.

Watch this first (8 minutes). At the end you'll write your first letter with me.

This is for you if…

  • You feel guilty every time you spend on yourself. You buy something for yourself and, even though you needed it, a small stone settles in your stomach.
  • It's uncomfortable, or scary, to charge what your work is worth. You undercharge, say “pay me whenever,” or stay quiet when someone is late.
  • It never feels like enough, no matter how much comes in. The number goes up and the feeling stays the same.
  • You have statements you haven't opened. Or you open them sideways, heart racing, and close them again.
  • You know exactly what you “should” do (save, organize, charge more) and still don't. And then you scold yourself for it.
  • You grew up hearing “money doesn't grow on trees,” “we can't afford it,” or “the rich must have done something,” and you still hear it in your mother's or father's voice.
  • When money does arrive, you don't know how to receive it. You subtract from it, split it, spend it fast, or feel uneasy having it.
  • You've tried budgets, courses and apps, and some part of you says the problem isn't the numbers.
  • You know that on your own it's hard to sustain a habit, and you need dates, a group, and someone waiting for you in order to reach Day 21.

If you recognized yourself in two or more, you're not “bad with money.” You have a hurt relationship with it. And that can be repaired.

Recreation: Cris at 15 and her mother, seen from behind, leaving downtown with the black party dress

I grew up hearing the word “crisis”

When I was a little girl, I used to hear my parents argue about money. Sometimes from behind a door. There wasn't enough. It was never enough. It was so hard to earn. I remember the word “crisis” from back then: in my house it was always one crisis after another.

My mom sewed clothes for other people, and she worked magic so we wouldn't feel the lack. On weekdays we ate crispy ham tacos with cream and lettuce, and I loved them. I never knew they were ham because there wasn't enough for chicken. On Sundays we'd buy carnitas, and Mom would split the meat in every taco in half: two for my sister, two for her, two for me, three for my brother. The last one was for the family pet.

I learned that money came in bumps and starts, that it was unstable, and that if I wanted something, I had to earn it. On Sundays I sold used clothes at a street market to pay for my nights out. In college I waited tables at events and wrote book summaries for hire, late into the night. Years later I left a stable job and, for 20 years, built sales teams of thousands of people in my network-marketing business.

Making a mistake doesn't take away your value.

And then, from one moment to the next, my income was cut in half. The company had problems, people left, and I was left in debt, back in my dad's apartment in Mexico City, judging myself for not being “a real leader.” It was the worst time of my life. The one thing I didn't stop doing was going for a run in the mornings.

The day after I turned 32, I was home alone. I punched my pillows, I yelled at God, and at the same time I begged for help. I cried until I fell asleep. I woke up around nine at night, in peace. I put on Peaceful Warrior, and that night I wrote on a sheet of paper: “From today, I'm moving forward.” The next day a friend invited me to a course, and there I learned what I repeat to everyone now: no matter the mistakes you've made, your value as a human being doesn't change.

I got back up and dedicated myself to financial education. I gave away ten free sessions, and in each one I asked the person to write down everything they had earned in their lifetime. Then I asked: where did it go? Ninety-five percent no longer had it. That's where my book came from, Estoy quebrado y no lo sabía (in Spanish: “I'm broke and I didn't know it”).

But I noticed something that didn't add up. Some people understood and applied quickly. Others understood everything, repeated the classes… and stayed stuck. I studied neuroscience to understand why, and it became clear: the block wasn't in the information. It was in the subconscious. Money problems never had to do with money.

That's how 21 Letters to Money was born: a letter by hand each day, with a blue pen, music, a candle, and a mantra. It's a gentle way to reach what we cover up, without confronting you. I ran the first edition with 15 students from my free morning mentoring group. Esther, who is 63, let go of the belief that she wasn't enough because she hadn't finished her studies. A student who works in finance was finally able to forgive himself for a financial decision that went wrong and cost his mother her home. (Individual experiences. Results vary and are not typical.)

The only one who believed in me when I started was my mom. She passed away a year ago, and today this program is also for her.

I'm not telling you this so you'll see me as someone who has “arrived.” I'm telling you because I know what it is to hit bottom and start over from where you stand, with what you have. And because I know there's a gentler way out than the one we were taught.

Cris

The one thing standing between you and a calmer life with money:

Your emotional relationship with money. And it can be repaired with a handwritten letter, every day, for 21 days.

I'm not selling “manifesting.” I won't ask you to visualize a yacht. I'm going to walk with you as you make peace with money. Everything else settles from there.

Here is what I discovered, and what you'll live through in these 21 days:

1

It's not how much you earn. It's how you feel when you receive it.

“I need to earn more / be more disciplined.”

Some people earn little and live in peace. Some earn a lot and feel it's never enough. The difference isn't the number. It's what you feel when money arrives, when it leaves, when you have to ask for it. A budget organizes numbers. A handwritten letter organizes what you feel about those numbers.

2

You don't have to be perfect or suffer first to deserve good things

“I'm not good with money. I haven't earned it yet.”

Many of us grew up believing well-being has to be earned through sacrifice. That quiet idea is an invisible ceiling: you can do everything right and still not allow yourself to receive. In Letter 3 you'll see it written in your own hand: your worth doesn't depend on your results, your past, or anyone's opinion.

3

Twenty-one days is what the subconscious needs to loosen an old program

“I don't have time. I already tried and it didn't work.”

It isn't about doing it perfectly or doing it for hours. It's 20 minutes a day, at home, with a sheet of paper and a pen. No apps. No mandatory video calls. No endless homework. It's a small thing, repeated with intention.

I want to make peace with money, together

7-day guarantee: do your first 7 letters or we refund everything.

Every day, the same 20-minute path

  1. 1. You ask yourself honestlyabout 5 min

Cris asks you five questions about the day's theme. You write the answers by hand, with a blue pen. There are no good or bad answers.

  2. 2. You write your letterabout 5 min

With a candle lit and soft music. Cris gives you a model letter so you're never stuck in front of a blank page, and you make it your own.

  3. 3. You say it out loudabout 3 min

A short declaration and a mantra you repeat twenty-one times, hand on your heart.

  4. 4. You do your small ritualabout 5 min

White candle, a coin, your letter. Three deep breaths, the coin over your heart, and a short prayer.

  5. 5. You shareabout 2 min

A small gesture of generosity: you tell someone you care about, or you share in the group.

And three times, we meet as a group: live in Spanish, and in your academy as a recording with English subtitles.

The videos run 25 to 45 minutes if you watch them with the music pauses. The ritual itself takes about 20 minutes with the Daily Guide and the audios. About the spiritual side: the prayers speak of “Source,” and you can use whatever word feels true to you: the Universe, God, or none. The candle, incense and coin are symbolic and optional.

Why does it cost more than the Challenge?

Because it includes daily follow-up and a group that starts and finishes together. Spots are limited precisely so we can give them to you properly. And if you'd rather do it on your own and without dates, the recorded Challenge is still a great way in.

7 days GUARANTEE

My guarantee: do your first 7 letters or we refund everything

Come in. Do your first 7 letters with your blue pen, your candle, and your coin. Really do them, day by day.

The window runs from your first cohort day (January 12) or from your access, whichever is later, through January 19. If you join earlier, you can look at the warm-up material without starting the clock. [PENDING: confirm exact rule with Nacho/Stripe]

If, after the seventh letter, you feel this isn't for you, write to us at support@lumoralife.co and we'll refund 100% of your payment. No long forms. No hoops.

I'd rather you stay because something moved in you, not because you didn't know how to ask for a refund.

What people say after writing their letters

Real students from the 1st edition, in Spanish. Translated from Spanish. No money figures: these are personal experiences, not typical results.

Questions I get almost every time

What if I don't believe in this kind of thing?

You don't have to “believe” anything to start. All I ask is that you write honestly, even if you doubt. The day's questions guide you to look at what you already think and feel about money. If after 7 letters it's not for you, we refund your money.

How much time do I need each day?

About 20 minutes for the full ritual. If you watch the whole video with the music pauses, between 25 and 45 minutes. Many people do it in the morning before the house wakes up, or at night before bed.

Is it for men too?

Yes. Money hurts everyone. The letters are written from what's human, not what's feminine. Cris speaks to everyone in the sessions.

What materials do I need?

A pen with blue ink, plain paper or a notebook, a white candle, a coin, and, if you like, incense. The Ritual Kit explains everything, and you can find it all at any stationery or grocery store.

Is this therapy?

No. It's a personal development program with a writing ritual. It doesn't replace psychological therapy or medical care. If you're going through a hard time, we recommend you also seek support from a mental health professional.

How can I pay?

By credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your access arrives right after payment.

When do I start?

Whenever you want. It's a recorded challenge, at your own pace. As soon as your payment is confirmed, you get access to the academy and can write your Letter 1 that same day. If you'd rather do it with company on set dates, see the Cohort version on this page.

What if I fall behind or skip a day?

Nothing happens. The challenge is yours and stays in your academy. If you fall behind, you pick up where you left off, no penalty. What matters is that you finish it, not that it's perfect.

Is there a refund?

Yes. You have 7 days to do your first 7 letters. If it's not for you, write to us and we'll refund everything, no questions asked. Read the refund policy.

Is this financial advice?

No. This program is not financial, investment, or insurance advice. We won't tell you what to invest in or what to buy. It's emotional work on your relationship with money. Results depend on you, and we don't guarantee them.

I'm in a different country. Does it work for me?

Yes. The ritual needs only paper, a pen, and a few quiet minutes. Prices are in US dollars, and your bank will convert if needed. The videos are in English.

Are the Zooms live in English?

No. In this first English edition, the three group Zooms are held live in Spanish with the Spanish-speaking cohort. You receive each recording with English subtitles in your academy, so you can watch it at a time that suits you. Everything else (videos, guide, audios, group and daily check-ins) is in English.

Are the Zooms one-on-one?

No. They're group sessions (60 to 90 minutes). One-on-one sessions are only part of the VIP version.

Can I switch from the Challenge to the Cohort, or from the Cohort to VIP?

Yes. Write to us and we'll credit what you've already paid, as long as the cohort is open. [PENDING: confirm upgrade policy]

What if I can't start on January 12?

You can watch the videos at your own pace and keep the whole program. But the cohort experience is better if we start together, so if you already know you can't make that day, we recommend waiting for the next cohort or taking the recorded Challenge.

One last thing, from me to you

Twenty-one days from now you'll arrive at February 1 having written your 21 letters, with the company of a group of people who decided the same thing you did. You don't need to be perfect. You just need to be there on January 12.

I don't promise you a number. I promise you a different relationship with it, written in your own handwriting.

Your first letter can be today.
